"Ancient & traditional music ... now!
"A surprising moment when the spray of the North Sea caresses the shores of an eternal Mediterranean."
The solar voices of baritone Johan Genin-Brandt, accompanied by the strings of the I Sentieri ensemble, take you on a discovery of a rich repertoire combining scholarly and popular, traditional and contemporary, giving this repertoire a new life, a breath of youth. And even more by this freedom which the whole plays out, to the delight of the public, leaving plenty of room for improvisation, the unexpected, meeting.
Programs composed on the themes of dream, freedom, hope and revolt, evoking, the torments of the soul and future hopes.
Cross the countries and the centuries in music, be intoxicated by the wave and the voice, criss-cross the confines of our beautiful planet, hear the sand crackling while listening to the "serenades" and the "Corsican lamentu", Italian tarantella from 17th, sung in dialect as we did in Puglia and Sicily, an invitation to travel in the spray and Irish mists ... This is the cruise that I Sentieri offers.
"We discover an elegant and refined musical world, drawing us into a rich musical universe which highlights, with evidence, the extraordinary openness of music to the cultures of the world." "
Voice, Celtic harp, flute, whistles, guitars, saz, laúd, santur, daf ....
