The site of Emigrants' tip is located on the town of Vannes, at the bottom of the assembly formed by the Gulf of Morbihan, the mouths of rivers in Vannes, of Vincin and Séné. It is bounded on the outskirts immediate north, the urban area. The whole site covers an area of 30 ha including 10 ha of marsh, which should involve the mudflat and adjacent meadows. This space is for the Conservatoire du Littoral and Lakeshore and is managed by the City of Vannes. A management agreement was signed in 1987, confident and maintenance of the site to the town. The Objective management implementation is to allow the site Tip of emigrants to maintain its biodiversity at the gates of the city, ensuring an overall openness to the public. Its peculiarity is that it is composed of a mosaic of environments, interfering directly in a relatively limited space.
